We offer Lay-In Roof Tiles. These tiles are available in plain and perforated type.

Specifications:

Supply of Sonex Lay-in Tile steel false ceiling system (600 x 600 mm) manufactured out of 0.50 mm thick Regular modified polyester coated Galvanized steel (Z-120 gms Zinc coating mass total of both sides, 275 Mpa yield strength) on the exposed side and primer coating on the back, coil coated on both the sides in manufacture's standard color shades with square or beveled edges and flanges, produced on advanced equipment, which includes several leveling stages in the manufacturing process. The exposed side of tile shall have 20-micron coil coated polyester finish for steel and 5 microns back coat of Alkyd primer. All tiles to be installed on a standard 600 x 600 mm module 24 mm table exposed metal grid and are precision made to within ±0.25mm,
Suspension system would be standard 24 mm table exposed metal grid features main runners and cross tees rolled formed form galvanized steel to BS 2989Z-18 zinc coating, minimum tensile strength 270 Mpa. Grid system to be designed to satisfy ASTM C635 loading and deflection criteria. The main and cross runners to be provided with bayonet coupling for quick installation. The grid is suspended from the roof with 4 mm Dia. G.I. Wire rods and quick adjustment suspension hangers at maximum 1200 mm along the main runners. The tiles would be designed for lay-in mounting from below into the standard grid. The main runners shall be fixed at 1200 mm and shall be infilled with 1200 mm / 600 mm cross tees. Hangers to be fixed to the roof by J-Hooks & nylon inserts. Wall angle to be 22x22x0.5 mm thick coil coated steel matching the colour of tile.

Paint Coating Options: Sonex Lay-in Tile is available in the excellent surface finish with following options:
Power Coating: With 50-micron polyester powder paint on the exposed side.
Coil Coating: With 20 microns coating on exposed side & 5 microns on a rear side
Per-formation Option: Sonex Lay-in tiles false ceiling are available without or with preformation, 2.5 mm dia. Holes at 5 mm c/c in a regular pattern.
