Sonex 150-F system has a unique tounge & groove inter locking arrangement
which make this system very suitable for rigid applications .It has a neat & flat
look. Its interlocking property makes it the most sought – after exterior ceiling
system, extensively used in petrol pump & other canopies.

Panel:
150 mm wide X 17 mm deep roll formed out of 0.6 mm thick Aluminium or 0.6/0.5 mm
thick Steel.
Carrier:
34.5 mm wide X 48 mm deep made out of 0.9 mm thick Aluminium or 0.6 mm thick
Steel, coated on both sides, to hold panels in module of 150 mm. Carriers to
be spaced at 1.7 mtrs c/c without insulation &1.5 mtrs c/c with insulation.
Suspension:
Interior:
Suspension by means of 4 mm dia, galvanised steel wire rod hanger and spring
steel suspension clip fixed to roof by ‘J' hooks and nylon inserts. Suspension
to be spaced at 1.5 mtr c/c without insulation & 1.3 mtr c/c with insulation.
Exterior :
Suspension by mean of Gl suspension angle and suspension clit at desired c/c
spacing.
Base Material Options:
Sonex 150-F type false ceiling is available in both Aluminium and Steel with
any desired alloy / grade.
Paint Coating Options:
Sonex 150-F is available in :
(a)
Powder Coating : with 50 micron polyester powder paint on exposed side.
(b)
Coil Coating : with 20 microns coating on exposed side & 5 micron on rear
side.
...With excellent surface finish.
