Panels & Carriers :
SONEX 84-R false ceiling system comprising of panels 84mm. Wide x 16 mm . deep roll formed out of 0.5 mm. Alumminium or 0.45 mm thick steel. 84-R panels are available with or without perforation of 2 mm dia holes in a regular pattern. Fixed on carriers 32mm wide, 39mm deep made out of 0.9mm thick Aluminium or 0.6mm thick steel, coated on both sides, to hold the panels in a module of 90/100mm. Carriers to be spaced at 1.3mtrs c/c suspended by means of 4mm dia, galvanized steel wire rod hanger and spring steel suspension clip fixed to roof by ‘j' hooks and nylon inserts. Edge profile /wall angle to be 25 x 25 x 0.5mm thick of Aluminium / steel matching the colour of panels.

MODULE OPTIONS :
1) Sonex 84-R false ceiling system with flush profile : 16mm wide x 16mm deep formed out of 0.3mm thick Aluminium Power coated in matching colour of panels. Flush profile is inserted between the two panels to fill the gap of 16mm.

2) Sonex 84-R false ceiling system with 16mm gap : see through gap of 16mm between two panels is resulted in a regular pattern.

3) Sonex 84-R false ceiling system with 6mm gap : see through gap of 6mm between two panels is resulted in a regular pattern fixed on special carrier having module of 90mm.

4) Sonex 84-R false ceiling system with plain slats : 0.18mm thick Virgin Aluminium / magnesium alloy of width 25mm is inserted between two panels to fill the gap of 16mm.

Base Material Options:
Sonex 84-R type false ceiling is available in both, Aluminium & Steel with any desired alloy/grade.

Paint Coating Options:
Sonex 84-R false ceiling is available in excellent surface finish with following options:
(a) Powder Coating: with 50 micron polyester powder paint on exposed side.

(b) Coil Coating: with 20 microns coating on exposed side & 5 micron on rear side.

...With excellent surface finish.
