Panel:
Panels of 600 mm X 600 mm or any desired plank size viz. 254 mm X 1247 mm. made out of 0.7 mm thick Aluminium or 0.5 mm thick Steel.

Panels have vertical edges with snaps which are pipped into the clip-in profiles.

(for Lay-in system)
Panel have a flange on each side which lays on the exposed grid.
All panels are available with or without perforations and have bevelled edges.

Carrier:
(for Clip-in system)
Clip-in profiles made out of 0.5 mm thick galvanised steel. Tiles/Planks are pipped and stopped to ensure positive engagement. The clip-in profiles are spaced as per the dimensions of tiles/planks.

(for Lay-in system)
Suspension is through 24 mm table exposed metal grid. The grid has 38 mm high main runners and cross tees, roll formed from galvanised steel. The main runners and cross tees have simple coupling and have coil coated steel capping on the exposed table in off-white color.

Suspension from roof with help of G.I. rod hangers and hold on clamp with suspension clip.

(for Lay-in system)
Suspension from roof with help of quick adjustment hook and butterfly clip.

Exterior :
Suspension from roof with help of G.I. suspension angle and suspension clit at desired c/c spacing.

Base Material Options:
Sonex Tiles & Planks type false ceiling is available in both, Aluminium as well as Steel.

Paint Coating Options:
Sonex Tiles & Planks are available in :
(a) Powder Coating : with 50 micron polyester powder paint on exposed side.

(b) Coil Coating : with 20 microns coating on exposed side & 5 micron on rear side.
...With excellent surface finish.
