Sonex Klippon profiled sheet manufactured out of 0.55mm TCT (Total Coated Thickness)/Bare Galvalume/Zincalume steel (150gsm. Zinc – aluminum alloy coating total of both sides as per AS 1397:1993) having 300 Mpa yield strength. The sheet shall have 406 mm cover width, 41 mm high ribs spaced at 203 mm centers. The clip shall lock firmly onto male end of the sheeting and underside of the female end. The clips shall be completed concealed and no fasteners are to penetrate the sheeting for fixation of the sheeting. The flashings and cappings shall be provided at the junction of roofing sheets with metal/glow fascia and shall be manufactured out of matching substrate of roofing sheets. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, approved drawings and instruction of the Engineer. The steel sheets shall conform to IS: 513 x IS: 14246.
