SONEX WOODEN BLINDS are composed of high
quality , imported, horizontal wooden's slats. Available in unlimited choice of colours with excellent surface finish, these horizontal slats can be mixed & matched to obtain infinite design & colour configurations.
Technical Specification
WOOD HEAD CHANNEL :
25mm high x 27mm wide. 0.6mm thick M.S.channel with inside edge flanged. It houses Tilter, Cord Lock, Lift Cord, Ladder.
SLATS : 0.18mm thick Virgin Wooden/Magnesium alloy of width 25mm, available in attractive colours & patterns to match your decor.
TILTER :
Tilter consists of an enclosed gear mechanism operated with a wand for opening & closing of slats.
CORD LOCK :
It consists of brass drum & cam in clear plastic casting .It is housed in head channel, it provides stacking arrangment of cord & stops the slats at desired height.
LADDER :
Made of braided polyester yarn. It has two Vertical & Horizontal braids woven at specified interval to support the slats.
WAND :
Transparent acrylic wand with a hexagonal cross section of 8mm across flat edges. It is attached with tilter with help of hook, to rorate the tilt rod.
LIFT CORD :
It's high strength polyster Cord of diameter 1.50mm. It is used to lift the slats & bottom rail to the desired level.
BOTTOM RAIL :
It is made of roll formed M.S.Steel 1.00mm thick. Available in matching colours. It holds down the slats and acts as weight to the blind.
